Kids Camp Registration Policy:
We require payment for class at time of registration. If you would prefer to pay with cash or check we will hold your spot for up to one week while you get your payment and registration paperwork to us. Please contact us to let us know what class you are interested in registering for so we can hold the spot. We may not be able to hold the spot if someone registers for class during the period of our communication and the class fills up, so please understand there are no guarantees for registration off line. If a class is full please contact us by phone or email to get on our waiting list.
Kids Camp Cancellation Policy:
We understand that things change, however it is important to us to keep our classes full and our teachers paid.
We will fully refund you minus a 10% processing fee for cancelation up to three weeks prior to class start date.
If three weeks has passed and you wish to cancel we will only refund you (minus a 10% processing fee) if your spot can be filled.
If your spot is not filled we will offer you class credit for another camp or event.
If you do not show up for class there is no refund or class credit.
We do not offer any compensation for missed classes.
Refunds on private classes
We can refund a class up to one week prior to its scheduled time, minus a 10% processing fee. If a cancellation is received 48 hours before the start of class, you will receive a studio credit.
No shows will not be refunded for classes. We will do our best to remind you of your upcoming class, but it is your responsibility to show up.
If you need to cancel a class or switch a date please email us, we will be happy to help.
Tuition Due Dates for classes
Classes must be paid in full by first day of class and in most cases to hold your spot. You can pay through our webpage shopping cart or bring cash or check on day of class. If paying with a card you must checkout online. We have a lockbox behind the front desk where payments can be left outside of office hours. Contact us if you have any questions regarding payment methods.
Please show up on time. Students' tardiness affects the whole class.
Regular attendance is important. An effort will be made (with no guarantees) to provide make-up classes for absences due to illness or family emergencies. Please notify us at least 24 hours prior to class. Unused class fees due to non-attendance are not transferable or refundable.
Some classes include supplies, while others do not. Look at your choices during checkout. You will be given a supply list prior to class. You will have an opportunity to purchase all necessary supplies from us. Please notify us at least 24 hours prior to class as we may not have enough materials on hand for some specialty classes.
The instructor is always available for consultation regarding appropriate supplies.
It is our goal to provide casual, enjoyable classes. It is important that your child is on her/his best behavior and does not compromise classroom safety or interfere with the teaching process. We want every student to have the opportunity to have an enjoyable learning experience. We will not be able to accommodate children who cannot behave themselves in a safe and appropriate manner.
By signing up for Notions Classes you understand that we are doing everything in our ability to enforce safety practices in the studio at all times. Registration is not complete until a parent/guardian has signed the safety disclaimer on the registration form. Any student unable or unwilling to adhere to safety practices will not be able to attend our classes.
Gift certificates can be redeemed with any of our classes. If the balance is greater than the cost of class you will be given credit toward future classes. We do not give monetary refunds.
